Editorial Policy

Trust is the only product an independent publication has. This page documents exactly how we research, write, fact-check and correct every article on AIToolkit Daily.

Who we are

AIToolkit Daily is an independent editorial team covering AI tools, models and trends. We are not owned by, invested in or operationally connected to any AI vendor, accelerator or VC fund. Our editors are based in the EU and the United States.

How we choose what to cover

Topics are selected by the editorial team based on reader questions, observable shifts in the AI market, and what we ourselves use day-to-day. We do not accept paid placements or "sponsored reviews" of any kind. PR pitches are read but never guarantee coverage.

How we test products

Fact-checking

Every numeric claim — pricing, benchmark score, market share — must be linked to a primary source (vendor pricing page, official benchmark, regulatory filing). Quotes from third parties are verified against the original publication. Articles are reviewed by a second editor before publishing.

AI-assisted writing disclosure

We use AI tools (including Claude and GPT-5) for editing, summarisation and structural drafts. Every article is written, reviewed and signed off by human editors. No article is published purely AI-generated. All quoted research, benchmarks and opinions are human-sourced and verified.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

AIToolkit Daily is supported by:

Editorial ratings, recommendations and verdicts are never influenced by affiliate or advertising relationships. A negative review of an affiliate-linked product carries identical weight to a positive one.

Corrections policy

Mistakes happen. When they do, we correct them publicly, clearly and quickly:

Spot something wrong? Email corrections@aitoolkit.example.com. We respond within 48 hours.

Conflicts of interest

Editors disclose any personal investments, advisory roles or family ties to companies we cover. An editor with a conflict will not write or edit the affected article. The current declared interests of the editorial team are available on request.

Reader feedback

We read every reader email. Substantive, on-the-record reader letters may be quoted in future articles or our newsletter (with permission). Send thoughts, corrections or pitches to hello@aitoolkit.example.com.
